How do I make an appointment?
The drop down menu to the right lists the industry trade shows where we are offering in-person support. Select the one where you’d like to meet with us. Then, you’ll have an opportunity to tell us which service you’d like more help with and you can choose the date and time that works best for you.
Who will be helping me?
Our ThinkPets Account Consultants are knowledgeable not only about all of our products and services, but they have extensive experience working with veterinary practices and are well versed in practically every veterinary software program.
What can I expect?
We’ll have computers at our trade show booth so you and a ThinkPets Account Consultant can sit and access your Control Panel together. The Consultant will answer your questions, help you interpret your data and make suggestions for communications programs that might benefit your practice. Plan for the appointment to last 30-45 minutes depending on your needs.
What if I’m not attending one of the trade shows listed?
Your dedicated Account Consultant is available to answer questions and provide one-on-one training via phone. (Not sure how to reach your Consultant? Contact us at 877-596-1919 or info@thinkpets.com and we’ll steer you in the right direction.)
